1. What services will Ninja Maid provide?
We go above and beyond to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied. We customize each clean to your individual needs. You let us know if there is anything beyond what we do that you would like cleaned and we will be happy to accommodate your need. We clean your house from top to bottom. Please refer to what is included.
2. At what time will Ninja Maid arrive at my home?
Our hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Book a morning or afternoon appointment. However, we can adjust the hours to accommodate your schedule.
3. Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
All supplies are provided by Ninja Maid. However, we may use your vacuum. Also, if you have a preferred product that you use and would like us to use please let us know ahead of time and leave it out for us.
4. How do I pay for service?
Payment is made at the time of visit. We accept cash, e-transfer, pay pal and credit cards. Please ask for our pay pal email.
5. What if I have to cancel or change my appointment?
Please give us 48 hours cancellation notice in advance in order to avoid a non-cancellation fee otherwise you will be charged 50% of your fees.
6. What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a statutory holiday, we will contact you to reschedule.
7. Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not!!! As payment is due at the time of each visit, you are under no contractual obligation.
8. How do you determine the estimated price range?
There are a number of factors taken into consideration like, the size of your home, the amount of cleaning required, the number of people and pets are just a few. No two homes are the same. We come out and discuss your needs in person to be able to give you the best possible quote.
9. Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our clients are not home during a scheduled visit. We privately discuss home entry options.
10. What about pets?
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
